I like to be active , yet I also like my down time. I have run in races in the past (5K , 10K , 1/2 marathon , spring triathlons). Will be doing a 1/2 marathon in January. I do yoga , some biking , hiking.

Someone that could be an occassional workout partner. If I have someone calling me and I call them , we are more apt to get out there!
